How do you obtain your inventory of reservations dates?


We have well established relationships with Wyndham timeshare owners and managers who we work with to obtain our inventory of unused timeshare points. Our high volume purchasing power allows us to offer our guests reservation dates at greatly discounted rates




How do I make a reservation?


Making a reservation is quick and easy! You can instantly book a selection of reservation dates directly through our website or simply submit a reservation quote request online and we will respond with availability and pricing often within minutes. You may also speak to one of our team members by calling us at 800-895-9258. Once availability is confirmed, we will need payment and your contact information along with the name to placed on the reservation. This must be the same name as shown on the photo ID of the individual who will be checking in.




How do I pay?


You can make your payment through this website, through an online invoice we send you or by providing us with your credit card information over the phone. A 50% payment, or payment in full, may be made at the time of booking for reservations outside of 60 days of the arrival date. Reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.




What is the minimum age to book?


The guest named on the reservation must be at least 21 years old by the arrival date listed on the reservation.




What do I need at check in?


You will need your photo ID and a credit card. The front desk at Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare resort and the three Bonnet Creek hotels will require a credit card hold usually for $100-$200 for any incidentals you may charge to your unit during your stay. This amount, less any charges, will be returned to you upon check out. We recommend that you also bring the confirmation that we will email to you prior to your arrival.




What is the check-in and check-out time?


Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. If you arrive earlier, you may inquire about an early check in. You may also leave your luggage with Bell Services on the lobby level and enjoy the resort amenities until your unit is ready. The resorts are operated 24 hours a day so a late night arrival will not be a problem. Please contact the resort directly only if your schedule doesn't allow for you to arrive on the first day of your reservation. You may a request late check out with the front desk staff only on the morning of departure. If granted, this will usually be no more than an hour. Regardless, you may leave your luggage with Bell Services and enjoy the resort amenities until you need to depart.




Can I change the name on the reservation?


Yes, this is often possible and handled through us. However, there is a guest name change fee of $99 required by Wyndham for timeshare resort reservations if a name change is needed. Reservation name change requests made within 48 hours of arrival are not guaranteed.




What are the resorts' policies regarding pets and smoking?


Sorry, pets are not permitted unless they are licensed assistance animals. For ore information on our pet policy click here Smoking is not allowed inside the units or common areas. Please ask where the designated smoking areas are located at the time of arrival.




Can I request a specific unit, floor or view?


As with all timeshare owner reservations, any requests related to building, floor location and views of your unit may be made ONLY with the front desk staff and ONLY upon arrival. We are unable to take or grant unit location requests.




What is your cancellation policy?


Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of any funds paid less a non-refundable amount of $300.00 Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival the arrival date will result in a 50% refund of the reservation total. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.




Can I modify my reservation?


We are unable to modify the length of stay for an existing timeshare reservation. Additional nights may be available through a separate booking at rates applicable at the time of the new reservation. Hotel bookings may be modified subject to the policies of each resort.




Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation?


No, you will not need to attend a timeshare presentation when you book through us. The resort concierge may invite you to attend one and possibly provide you with discounts on activities for your stay should you accept. However, you are under no obligation to accept the invitation. You will have access to all of the resort amenities regardless of whether or not you attend a presentation.




Who should I contact with any maintenance issues?


This rarely occurs but please reach out to the resort staff with any maintenance issues for the fastest response. Of course, don't hesitate to contact us directly if you have an ongoing unresolved problem.




What's stocked in the timeshare units?


Full size kitchens will come stocked with various cookware, glassware and stemware so you can save some vacation money! Bed linens, bath products and towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper will also be provided.




Are there any other fees?


There are no additional fees for timeshare reservations at Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare resort. Reservations at the other three resorts may have additional fees and these will be disclosed prior to booking.
